LINK Mobility: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK)
on 23 April 2025 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection
with the issuance of consideration shares to the sellers of the UK-based company
FireText Communications.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is NOK 1,500,233.69 divided
into 300,046,738 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
