Oslo, 25 April 2025: Reference is made to the announcement by the Oslo Stock
Exchange today regarding the quarterly results and the resolution to distribute
dividend in the amount of USD 158 million.
Dividend amount: USD 0. 8282 per share
Announced currency: USD.
Payment to shares registered with Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK. The
NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank
24 April 2025 approximately at 1600 hrs CEST. The NOK amount is 8.6117 per
share.
Last day including right: 2 May 2025
Ex-date: 5 May 2025
Record date: 6 May 2025
Payment date: 14 May 2025 (on or about)
