Itera ASA: Annual accounts and report for 2024

Oslo, 24 April 2025: The board of directors of Itera ASA (the "Company") has in
its meeting on 24 April 2025 approved the Company's annual accounts for the
financial year 2024 and the Company's annual report, including the Group's
annual accounts and the board of directors' report, for the financial year 2024.

The annual report is attached hereto and will also be made available on the
Company's website www.itera.com. The Company will also publish its annual report
in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this
release.
