25 April 2025: With reference to the share buyback program announced 14 April
2025, Hexagon Composites ASA ("the Company") has purchased 2 881 732 of its own
shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 19.9448 per share.
An overview of daily share purchases, as well as a detailed overview of all
transactions made under the share buyback program is attached.
Date on which the buyback program was announced: 14 April 2025
The duration of the buyback program: 14 April 2025 until 31 May 2025
Size of the buyback program: Up to NOK 75 million
Following the transactions, the Company owns 3 278 342 of its own shares, which
represents 1.6% of the total shares outstanding.
