Ljones, 25 April 2025: The board of directors of BioFish Holding AS has
approved the annual accounts for 2024.

The report is attached to this notice and is also available at the company's
website, www.biofish.no.

"Throughout 2024, we have implemented improvements to the facility that
position us well for the years to come. With solid demand, a strong order
book, and operational upgrades nearing completion, we are well positioned for
increased production and profitability in 2025 and beyond," says Sondre
