River Tech – Key Information Relating To Interim Cash Dividend Distribution

Reference is made to the announcement published by River Tech plc (the
“Company”) earlier today whereby the Company informed the market that the Board
of Directors has resolved to distribute a net interim cash dividend in the
amount of NOK 3.00 per share, amounting to NOK 61,656,825, equal to
approximately EUR 5,185,167.35, of which NOK 2.50 per share will be distributed
from the profits of the financial year ended 2024, and NOK 0.50 per share will
be distributed from the profits of Q1 2025 following the publication of its
financial report for the year ended 2024 and the Q1 2025. The resolution has
been resolved by the Board of Directors pursuant to the Company’s Articles of
Association.

The relevant dates pertaining to the interim dividend distribution are
reproduced below:

Dividend amount: NOK 3.00 per share, equivalent to approximately EUR 0.25 per
share
Announced currency: NOK*
Last day including right: 25 April 2025
Ex-date: 28 April 2025
Record Date: 29 April 2025
Payment date: On or about 12 May 2025
Date of approval: 24 April 2025

*The EUR equivalent has been based on the EUR/NOK exchange rate of 11.891 as of
23 April 2025.

The dividends will be paid out of the Company's profits available for
distribution.
