COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 24 April 2025 – Napatech (OSLO: NAPA.OL) today held its
annual general meeting at the company’s address Tobaksvejen 23A, 2860 Soeborg,
Denmark.

The complete minutes of the annual general meeting are attached, and the updated
articles of association will be published on the investor section on the
Napatech's website in the next few days.

All proposals on the general meeting's agenda were adopted.
