Oslo, 24h of April 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
made by Medistim ASA on 11 March 2025 of the launch of Medistim’s program to
repurchase up to 70,000 of the Company’s shares in open market transactions for
a total amount of up to NOK 35,000,000 during the period from 11 March 2025,
until no later than 7 May 2025, pursuant to an agreement with DNB Markets. For
the period from and including 11 March 2025, through 24th of April 2025, the
Company purchased a total of 70,000 shares at an average price of NOK 178.6328
per share, all purchased as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs. The
share buyback program is then completed. Please find below the last transaction

The issuer’s holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, Medistim owns a total of
93,117 of own shares (including 23,117 shares owned prior to the launch of the
buyback program), corresponding to 0.5078 % of Medistim’s share capital.
