Hermana Holding ASA - Mandatory notification of voting rights

In connection with the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 29 April 2025 (the
"AGM"), the chairman of the Board of Directors, Erik Sneve, has received proxies
without voting instructions representing 6,569,481 shares and votes, equal to
48.96% of all issued shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the AGM.
In addition, Mr. Sneve controls, directly or indirectly, a total of 167,692
shares and votes which, together with received proxies, means that Mr. Sneve
controls 6,737,173 shares and votes, equal to 50.21%, at the AGM.
Consequently, the 50% disclosure threshold has been crossed.
