Endúr ASA hereby calls for an Ordinary General Meeting on 20 May 2025 at CET
11:00.
The agenda for the ordinary general meeting is inter alia approval of the annual
accounts and the annual report for the financial year 2024, board authorization
to increase the share capital by up to NOK 2 515 633.00 (equal to a ~10 percent
increase), board authorization to buy back own shares with a nominal value up to
NOK 1 257 816.50 (equal to ~5 percent), and consideration of the Company’s
remuneration policy, 2024 remuneration report and proposed dividend policy.

The notice of the Ordinary General Meeting with the agenda, including the
attendance and proxy forms, is attached to this announcement and is also
available on the Company's website www.endur.no.
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) has determined that the Ordinary General
Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting, allowing the shareholders to
participate electronically by following the meeting through a live webcast,
submit questions in writing during the general meeting and exercise voting
rights through the electronic system. Information on how to participate, and how
to give proxy to vote, is explained in the attached notice.
