Cyviz AS hereby publishes its Annual Report 2024.

The Board of Directors of Cyviz AS has approved the Company's audited Annual
Report for 2024. The final report, including the Independent Auditor's Report,
is enclosed.

Compared to the Q4-2024 report a reclassification has been made to the balance
sheet increasing total assets from NOK 287 million to NOK 312 million. Further,
a reclassification has been made between operating and investing cash flows of
NOK 4.4 million . These changes have no impact on reported profit or equity.
