Ljones, 24 April 2025: Biofish Holding AS calls for a general meeting of
shareholders to be held on 8 May 2025 at 15:00 (CEST).

The notice for the general meeting is enclosed and all appendices will be
available at www.biofish.no/investors. The general meeting will be held

Required reference and PIN codes for access to the electronic meeting is
obtained by logging onto VPS Investor Services
(https://investor.vps.no/garm/auth/login) or on the attached proxy and advance

regarding participation in the electronic meeting is included in Appendix 3 to
the notice.

Shareholders may also vote in advance or submit a proxy within 6 May 2025 at
