Solstad Maritime Holding AS: Minutes from Annual General Meeting

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") has been informed that the annual general meeting
of Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SOMA") was held today, 23 April 2025 at 10:00
(CEST). The minutes from the meeting are attached and will also be available on
www.solstad-maritime.com.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the
notice, including the conversion of the legal form of the company from a private
limited liability company to a public limited liability company (ASA), new
articles of association and new board of directors. SOMA is expected to be
converted into an ASA and thereby change its legal name to Solstad Maritime ASA,
on or about 24 April 2025.
