NOD: Invitation to first quarter results for 2025

Nordic Semiconductor ASA will release its first quarter results for 2025 on
Tuesday April 29, 2025 at 07:00 CEST.
The Company will conduct the presentation only as a webcast.

CEO Vegard Wollan and CFO Pål Elstad will present the results at 08:00 CEST and
the presentation can be followed live via webcast found on the IR pages at
www.nordicsemi.com. A recorded version of the presentation will be made
available after the presentation has concluded.

The company will only be accepting question asked live through the Q&A dial-in
function. The dial-in is only applicable if you want to ask questions.

2025 Results Q&A group calls with analysts and investors. These group calls will
be attended by CEO Vegard Wollan, CFO Pål Elstad, SVP IR Steel Ytterdal and IR
Manager Thomas Larsen – and will be moderated by the covering analyst at each
