LINK Mobility: Acquisition of FireText Communications - Issuance of consideration shares to sellers

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK)
on 14 April 2025 regarding the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the UK-based
company FireText Communications. As disclosed in the said announcement, the
purchase price for the shares in FireText will be partly settled by issuance of
GBP 2 million in LINK shares.

LINK’s board of directors has today resolved to issue 1,340,304 new shares to
the sellers pursuant to the authorization to increase LINK’s share capital
granted by LINK’s general meeting on 7 June 2024. LINK will register the new
share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and
issue a separate announcement when the registration of the share capital
increase has been completed.

Following registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises, the Company will have a share capital of NOK
1,500,233.69 divided into 300,046,738 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.005.
