Erratum to the press release "REBIRTH Notice of change of significant shareholders" of April 22, 2025

Formello, 23 April 2025 – Rebirth S.p.A. (the "Company"), announces that in the press release of 22 April 2025 there was a material error related to the indication % of shareholding (direct and indirect) held by shareholder Massimiliano Alfieri, this has to be read as 24.79% instead of 25.05% as wrongly indicated.

All other figures and information are correct and remain unchanged.
