Reference is made to previous stock exchange notices regarding the merger of
Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør.

Prior to the merger between the banks, funds managed by Pareto Asset Management
AS ("PAM") holds 12,881,238 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Vest,
corresponding to a share of the issued equity capital certificates of approx.
11.74 percent. In connection with the completion of the merger, PAM will receive
1,849,733 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Norge as consideration for
PAM’s current holding of equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Sør. Upon
completion of the Merger, on 2 May 2025, PAM’s ownership will as a result be
14,730,971 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Norge, corresponding to an
ownership of approx. 8.68 percent. PAM will have no additional ownership or
rights to equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Norge.
