Argeo ASA: Executive Chair and interim CEO

Asker, 23.04.2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Argeo
ASA published on 3 April 2025 announcing Jan Grimnes as interim CEO of the
company. Until a new CEO has been appointed, the Board of Directors of Argeo ASA
has today appointed Jan Grimnes as Executive Chair. Odd Erik Rudshaug will, in
addition to his role as CFO, act as interim CEO.
