Further to the announcement by NatWest Group plc and NatWest Markets Plc on 14 April 2025, NatWest Markets N.V. announces that, following a short period of personal leave, Frank Dangeard will be stepping down as a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Supervisory Board with effect from 23 April 2025.
Maarten Klessens will continue as Interim Chair of the Supervisory Board, as announced on 25 March 2025.
