Oslo, 15 April 2025

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Spotlio AS
(the "Company") earlier today regarding the exercise of employee share options
and the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the
Company.

The following primary insider of the Company has been allocated and subscribed
for new shares in the Company at the subscription price of NOK 0.02 per share in
the Company's share-based option program for current and former employees:

- Christian Erlandson, board advisor, has been allocated and subscribed for
6,000,000 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK
120,000.
