The annual general meeting of NRC Group ASA will be held on Thursday 8[th] May
2025 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST).

The general meeting will be held as a virtually meeting only, and can be
accessed online via Lumi AGM. Shareholders can participate and vote in the
meeting from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. For further information
regarding electronic participation, please refer to the guide available at
www.nrcgroup.com.
