15 April 2025: Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting of Norsk
Titanium AS, (the "Company") will be held on 6 May 2025 at 15:00 hours CEST.

The notice convening the general meeting, including the agenda, is enclosed with
this notification and will be sent to all shareholders with known addresses.
Relevant documents referred to in the notice, as well as the board of directors'
