Kongsberg Automotive encourages shareholders to register digitally ahead of the Annual General Meeting

Kongsberg, April 15, 2025: Kongsberg Automotive (KA) encourages shareholders to
register to receive shareholder information digitally-promoting sustainability
and reducing costs ahead of this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May.

By choosing to receive documents such as the notice of the meeting in digital
format only, you help reduce company costs and support our sustainability
efforts. The digital registry also enables a secure and efficient flow of
information for both KA and its shareholders.

You can register for digital communication via VPS Investor Services (see
instructions below) or by contacting your account operator for guidance.

How to register for digital shareholder information via VPS:

1. Go to www.vps.no
2. Choose your preferred language: Norwegian or English
3. Click on "LOGIN TO VPS PORTAL"
4. Select "VPS INVESTOR SERVICES (PRIVATE INVESTORS)"
5. Log in using BankID - e.g., "BankID with app
6. Choose your account operator (if you have more than one, check each account
individually)
7. At the top right corner, click on your name with the gear icon in front of
it
8.  Select "Investor Information"
9. Click "Edit"
10. Scroll down to "Account settings for investor notifications" and change to
"Digital"
11.  Remember to click "Save"

If you want to register for receiving shareholder information for the AGM
digitally, do the above before April 25, 2025.
