Envipco wins another major RVM order in Romania

Amersfoort, 15 April 2025 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company"),
a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine
(RVM) technology, today announces another significant RVM order with a major
Romanian retail group.

Envipco has secured an additional order for delivery of 400 Optima RVMs with
an existing retail customer. Delivery of the order is anticipated through
2025. The order adds to previously announced orders of 200 Optima RVMs
announced in Q3 24, more than 140 Optima RVMs announced in Q4 24 and 400
Optima RVMs announced in Q1 25.

The Romanian deposit return scheme (DRS), operated by RetuRO SGR, was launched
on 30 November 2023 and has since startup collected 4 billion containers for
recycling.

Envipco's RVMs are manufactured at the company's production plant in Sebes,
Romania.
