notification on disclosure of large shareholding in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA:

Reference is made to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2 regarding
disclosure of large shareholdings.

Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS has the 14th April 2025, acquired shares in
Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA and thereby passed the threshold of 10% ownership of
the company’s share capital and voting rights.

Following the transaction, Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS holds a total of
31.737.614 shares, corresponding to approximately 10.0024% of the total
outstanding shares and voting rights in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA.

Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS is indirectly controlled by Jørgen Skovgaard
through the following company:
JSkov Holding 2015 ApS (CVR-no. 37851574)
Neither Jørgen Skovgaard, Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS, JSkov Holding ApS nor
any of their affiliates have any further rights to shares or votes in
Cloudberry.
