Completion of Bond Redemption

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Benchmark
Holdings plc (the “Company”) on 1 April 2025 regarding the Company's intention
to call the outstanding senior secured bonds (with ISIN NO0012704099). The
Company confirms that the Call Option under the aforementioned bond issue has
been successfully completed as of today, date 15 April 2025.
