Oslo, 14 April 2025
Mr. Christian Erlandson, advisor to the board of directors and former CEO of
Spotlio AS (the "Company"), has exercised 6,000,000 options in accordance with
the Company's share-based option program for current and former employees.
Following the exercise, the board of directors, pursuant to the authorizations
granted at the Company's general meetings on 12 September 2024 and 11 March
2025, respectively, has resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK
120,000, by issuing 6,000,000 shares, each with a nominal value, and at a
subscription price, of NOK 0.02.
The new share capital of the Company following the registration of the share
capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises will be NOK
4,062,804.26, divided into 203,140,213 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.02.
