Please see below information about transactions made under the buyback programme
announced on 10 March 2025.



Date on which the repurchase programme was announced: 10 March 2025

The duration of the repurchase programme: The buyback programme is planned to be
finalised between 15 August 2025 and 3 November 2025.

Size of the repurchase programme: The purchases will be split 50/50 in nominal
terms between A and B shares, buying up to NOK 1 billion for each of the share
classes.



For the period 8 until 14 April 2025, Schibsted has purchased a total of 125,000
own A-shares at an average price of NOK 294.7020 per share, and a total of
130,000 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 279.2419 per share.

Following the transactions above, Schibsted has bought back a total of 1,384,000
shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 394,326,972 under the buyback
programme.



The issuer's holding of own shares:

Following the completion of the above transactions, Schibsted owns a total of
3,599,219 own A-shares, and a total of 4,000,206 own B-shares, corresponding to
3.25% of total issued shares in Schibsted.
