April 14, 2025 - The Annual General Meeting of Nordic Semiconductor ASA will be
held on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 10:00 am CEST.

The meeting will be conducted as a digital meeting only, with no physical
attendance for shareholders. The shareholders will be able to ask questions, and
votes can be submitted from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. For further
information regarding electronic participation, please refer to the guide to be
found at nordicsemi.com/AGM2025. The deadline for registration of advance votes
and proxies is April 30, 2025 at 4:00 pm CEST.

The notice including agenda for the General Meeting is attached to this
disclosure. The Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders
with known addresses. All documents regarding the Annual General Meeting are
