KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 14 April 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep
Value Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of
directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.25 per
share, in total approximately NOK 23.3 million, for April 2025.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 0.25 per share
Announced currency: NOK
Last day including right: 15 April 2025
Ex-date: 16 April 2025
Record date: 22 April 2025
Payment date: On or about: 24 April 2025
Date of approval: 14 April 2025

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid in capital by the
shareholders of DVD.
