HERMANA HOLDING ASA: Confirmation of USD 4.3 million near-term receipt of payment from legacy license agreement

Reference is made to the press release for achievement of milestone by the Shell
Penguins on 4 February 2025.

Magnora ASA has now confirmed receipt of the funds from Shell UK Ltd. and the
funds will without delay be forwarded to Hermana to settle part of the demerger
receivable established between the two companies last year.
