Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Public
Property Invest ASA yesterday regarding transfer of shares in Public Property
Invest ASA within the SBB group -- Exemption from mandatory offer obligation,
mandatory notification of trades by close associates of primary insider and
disclosure of large shareholding.
