Omda delivered steadily increasing recurring revenues in 2024

Oslo, Norway, 11 April 2025: Today, Omda AS (“Omda”), the leading Nordic
provider of software solutions for specialised healthcare and emergency
services, published its Annual Report for 2024.

Omda reported revenues of NOK 429 million for the year and an adjusted EBITDA of
NOK 64 million.

Omda CEO Sverre Flatby comments:

“Our recurring revenues show an annual run rate of NOK 345 million, which is
very reassuring in the turbulent world we currently find ourselves in. Our
software is utilised in critical operational processes by our customers,
providing Omda with long-term predictability in the form of steadily increasing
ARR.”

Omda is a Nordic leader within its niches and continues its international
diversification, with the share of revenue from markets outside the Nordics
reaching 18% by the end of 2024.

Flatby is optimistic about 2025:

“In addition to obtaining MDR certification, the most significant milestone for
Omda in 2024 was completing the decentralisation initiative. This laid the
groundwork for substantial margin improvements moving forward. We maintain our
forecast of 18-22% EBITDA for the first half of 2025 and 25-35% for the second
half.”

*Total income 429 MNOK vs 415 MNOK in 2023
*Adjusted EBITDA 64 MNOK vs 63 MNOK EBITDA in 2023
*Exiting 2024 the annual recurring revenue run rate was 345 MNOK
*Received Medical Device Regulation (MDR) certification
*CSAM Philippines was divested
*Awarded contract to implement a regional oncology medication management
solution for South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority
*Acquisition of Predicare was completed, followed by the announcements of the
acquisitions of Aweria and Dermicus
*Finalised restructuring into a fully decentralised organisation
