Notice of Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA will be held as an
online-only event on 7th of May 2025 at 15.00 pm CET. The AGM will be held in
Norwegian, but the documents will be published in English. Link to and guide for
online participation can be found in the Notice.

Regarding item 12 concerning the share split, this will also result in a changed
ISIN number for the share. Details regarding the new ISIN number will be shared
once the General Meeting has addressed the matter.
