Sandvika, 11 April 2025 (OSE: NORCO):  On 10 April 2025, the Board of Directors
of Norconsult ASA approved the financial statements for 2024 for issuance,
subject to approval by the Annual General meeting on 5 May 2025. Attached is
Norconsult's Annual Report for 2024 and the related European Single Electronic
Format (ESEF) iXBRL zip file.The Annual Report for 2024 includes an update of
the calculation of diluted EPS in note 16 compared with note 7 in the Q4 and YTD
2024 report.
