will be held on 9 May 2025, at 09:00 CEST at Stortorvet 7, 0155 OSLO, Norway.

All shareholders are encouraged to vote electronically prior to the meeting or
issue a proxy to the chairman (or the person he/she appoints) and not attend
physically.
