Oslo, 11 April 2025 – Publication of Annual Report 2024

The NEXT Biometrics Group’s Annual Report for 2024 is published today. The NEXT
Biometrics Group Annual Report 2024 ESEF-ZIP file is also attached. The reports
are also available at www.nextbiometrics.com/investors.

The financial statements have been adjusted compared to the preliminary and
unaudited 2024 results reported by NEXT Biometrics Group on 19 February 2025 in
the
following areas:
- A decrease in “Revenues” of NOK 0.4 million. The change is a result of
recognition of discounts offered to customers to accelerate payments on account
receivables in Q1 2025.

-An increase in "Other operating expense" of NOK 5.7 million in the income
statement for 2024. The change is a result of revised assumptions for expected
credit loss on account receivables.

-The profit after taxes for the NEXT Biometrics Group changed from negative NOK
39.0 million to negative NOK 45.2 million.
