On 9 April 2025, Ms. Yee Man Gloria, WONG, a close associate of Mr. Siu Fai NG,
chairman and director of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the
‘Company’), has purchased 40,001 shares of the Company in the Oslo Stock
Exchange at an average price of NOK5.0500 per share. Following to the above
purchase, Ms. Yee Man Gloria, WONG holds 1,252,990 shares of the Company.
