CRAYN – Crayon Group Holding ASA – Approval of extension of offer period

Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in the combined offer document and
prospectus dated 14 March 2025, as supplemented by the prospectus supplement
dated 28 March 2025 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA made by
SoftwareOne Holding AG.

The amendment relates to extension of the offer period.

Offer period, as extended: to 29 April 2025 at 16:30 hours (CEST) (subject to
extension, but not beyond 23 May 2025).
