The Board of Directors of Cambi ASA proposes the following capital repayment for
the financial year 2024:

• Dividend amount: 0.30
• Declared currency: NOK
• Last day including right: 9 May 2025
• Ex-date: 12 May 2025
• Record date: 13 May 2025
• Payment date: on or about 20 May 2025
• Date of approval: 8 May 2025 at the annual general meeting

This information is published in accordance with Cambi ASA’s continuing
obligations as a listed company set out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
