MPCC: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Oslo, 10 April 2025: The annual general meeting of MPC Container Ships ASA
(the "Company") will be held on 8 May 2025 at 10:00 CEST as a virtual meeting.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via
Lumi AGM. Information about attendance to the digital meeting, how to register
advance votes or delegate proxy are attached to this notice. A detailed guide
is also available on the Company's website at
https://www.mpc-container.com/governance/general-meetings/.

The deadline for registration of advance votes, proxy, and voting instructions
is 6 May 2025.

Please find attached the Notice and Proxy form for the Annual General Meeting
2025. All relevant documents to be processed in the meeting are also available
at https://www.mpc-container.com/governance/general-meetings/.

Participation
The general meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical
attendance for shareholders and no pre-registration is required. Shareholders
must be logged in before the meeting starts to be allowed to vote unless votes
have been submitted in advance. Registration opens at 09:00 CEST.
