Oslo,10 April 2025: The annual general meeting of BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or
the "Company") will be held on 22 May 2025 at 12:00 (CEST).


The general meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical
attendance for shareholders.

Information about log-in details for the meeting and documents to be processed
in the meeting are available in the attached Calling Notice and/or will be
available on the Company's website www.bluenord.com.
