Oslo, Norway, 9 April 2025: Scatec Invest IV, a close associate of Thor Medical
board member John Andersen, has resolved a dividend of shares in Thor Medical
ASA to its shareholders, including to close associates of primary insiders CFO
Brede Ellingsæter and board member John Andersen in Thor Medical ASA.

Scatec Invest IV has distributed a total of 2,811,467 shares in Thor Medical ASA
as dividend, based on a share price of NOK 2,25 per share.

As a result of the distribution, primary insiders have increased their
controlled holding of shares in Thor Medical ASA through their close associates.
B good industries AS, a close associate of Thor Medical ASA CFO Brede
Ellingsæter, has received 1,081,346 shares. Scatec Innovation AS, a close
associate of Thor Medical board member John Andersen, has received 417,053
shares.

Following the distribution, CFO Brede Ellingsæter controls 1,481,346 shares and
holds 3,100,000 share options in Thor Medical.

Primary insider notifications pursuant to the market abuse regulation article 19
are attached.
