Resolution for transfer of Odfjell Technology Ltd bonds from Euronext ABM to Euronext Oslo Børs

Odfjell Technology Ltd has in a letter dated 9 April 2025, applied for the
company's bond OTL02 PRO to be delisted from Euronext ABM in accordance to the
ABM rules section 6.1, and new listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. Today, Euronext
Oslo Børs has made the following resolution:

«The bonds issued by Odfjell Technology Ltd OTL02 will be delisted from Euronext
ABM as of 10 April 2025. The first day of listing on Euronext Oslo Børs will be
11 April 2025.»
