Received application for deregistration and migration to Euronext Oslo Børs

Euronext Oslo Børs has received an application from Odfjell Technology Ltd for
deregistration of OTL02 PRO with ISIN NO0013326090 from Euronext ABM, and for
the bonds to be transferred to Euronext Oslo Børs.

The Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) applies from the time the application has been
made, including the issuer’s disclosure obligation on inside information.
