On 8 April 2025, Ms. Yee Man Gloria, WONG, a close associate of Mr. Siu Fai NG,
chairman and director of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the
‘Company’), has purchased 59,794 shares of the Company in the Oslo Stock
Exchange at an average price of NOK5.1601 per share. Following to the above
purchase, Ms. Yee Man Gloria, WONG holds 1,212,989 shares of the Company.
