EIOF – Approval of annual and sustainability reports for 2024

The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA (“Eidesvik” or the “Group”) has
approved the Director’s report and audited financial statements for 2024 for
both the Group and the parent company (the “Annual Report”), and Eidesvik’s
Sustainability Report for 2024.

The Annual Report and the Sustainability Report are attached to this
notification, and both are available for download from Eidesvik’s website
www.eidesvik.no.
