Ltd (”SHLF NO”). Perestroika AS owns after this acquisition a total of
13’608’107 shares in SHLF NO, constituting 5.3076% of the share capital and
voting rights in SHLF NO.

The percentage has been calculated based on “256 390 799” issued shares in SHLF
NO.
