Board's approval of final accounts 2024

The Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2024 Annual Accounts for
the Bouvet Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in
accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2024 published on 18th February
2025, together with the Q4 2024 Interim Report.

A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no)
and at Oslo Stock Exchange on 11th April 2025.
