Aqua Bio Technology ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") has today, on 9 April 2025,
held an extraordinary general meeting. All resolutions were made in accordance
with the proposals of the Company's Board of Directors. The minutes of the
extraordinary general meeting are attached to this notice.

In connection with the general meeting, the Company has also received a proposal
from an investor group for a further equity investment into the Company at the
same price per share as in the private placement announced as placed on 11 March
2025. The Company's Board will review and discuss this proposal and provide
further information in due course.
